This policy explains how the LLMChat client handles data. The iOS app does not require a LLMChat account. You choose the API connection used for your conversations.
On your device
Conversations, attachments, templates and settings are stored on your device. On iOS, API keys and WebDAV passwords use the system Keychain. Chat content is not separately encrypted by LLMChat. Device access and operating-system backups remain subject to your device settings.
On the web, conversations, custom API keys and WebDAV settings are stored in browser storage. Use a trusted device and clear local data before leaving a shared browser.
When you connect and send
Loading models or checking a connection sends your API key to the HTTPS API address you configured for authentication. Before the first chat request to an endpoint in a session, LLMChat asks for your permission.
With your permission, messages, selected images and files or their extracted text, prompts, and relevant conversation history or summaries are sent to the selected API service and its model providers. These services also receive normal network information such as your IP address. Different models may receive different supported attachment formats.
Automatic titles and summaries
If enabled, automatic conversation titles and context summaries also send conversation content to the same selected service and may use your API quota. You can turn these features off in Settings. Permission is specific to the API address and expires when the app session ends; choosing Cancel prevents that request.
Service providers and the website
Your API provider's and upstream model providers' policies determine their processing, retention and use of submitted data. LLMChat cannot promise that a provider never stores content or uses it for training. Review those policies before sending confidential information.
When you choose LLMAPI, its gateway currently records request and response content, including messages and images or files sent within the request, together with technical records for troubleshooting and regression testing. Usage records are associated with the API credential and service account. Contact support@llmapi.pro about retention or deletion of these records.
Optional LLMAPI account
You can sign in or register with email, or sign in with Google, to use your LLMAPI account’s available API access without copying a key. LLMAPI receives your email and account profile. Google login shares the identity and profile you authorize; your Google password is not sent to LLMChat.
On iOS, the main login session is stored in the device-only system Keychain. Your password is not saved. Account API keys and the metered-service session stay in memory and are cleared when you sign out. Signing in is optional; manual API connections remain available.
You can request account deletion from the account screen. This disables the LLMAPI account; service records may be retained for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations. Local chats and exported copies are managed separately. The LLMAPI service policy also applies to account processing.
On iOS you may also sign in with Apple, including Hide My Email. LLMAPI receives your Apple user identifier and verified email or private relay address, not your Apple password. Existing accounts are linked only after you sign in to that account. Apple refresh tokens are encrypted on the server and used to revoke authorization when you delete your account; they are then removed. The identity association may be retained with the disabled account for abuse prevention. Apple sign-in data is not used for advertising tracking.
Backups and deletion
Exports and WebDAV backups contain chat content and attachments but exclude configured API keys, login tokens and WebDAV passwords. Secrets you type into a conversation remain part of its content. Export only to destinations you trust; protect and delete exported files and remote backups yourself. WebDAV transfers go to the server you configure.
Delete individual conversations, clear chats, or reset all local data in Settings. Resetting removes the client's saved connections and credentials. It does not erase exported copies, provider records or an external service account; request their deletion from the relevant provider. To revoke an API key, use its provider's controls.
Permissions and support
The client accesses photos or files when you choose them to attach. It does not include advertising tracking or a third-party behavioral analytics SDK. Public web hosting may process access logs under the website's policy.
If you email support, we receive the email address and content you choose to send, to handle your request. The app does not automatically attach messages, files or API keys. You may request deletion of support correspondence, except where retention is legally required.
Contact and changes
Contact support@llmapi.pro about privacy, deletion or this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the updated policy and date. Review it when changing providers or updating the app.

设备上的数据
对话、附件、模板和设置保存在你的设备上。iOS 版通过系统钥匙串（Keychain）保存 API 密钥和 WebDAV 密码；LLMChat 不对聊天内容另行加密。设备访问权限及系统备份仍由你的设备设置决定。
Web 版在浏览器存储中保存对话、自定义 API 密钥和 WebDAV 设置。请使用可信设备，并在离开共用浏览器前清除本地数据。
连接和发送时的数据
加载模型或检查连接时，API 密钥会发送到你配置的 HTTPS API 地址，用于身份验证。每次应用会话首次向某个地址发送聊天请求前，LLMChat 会征求你的同意。
经你同意后，消息、所选图片和文件或文件提取文本、提示词，以及相关对话历史或摘要，将发送到所选 API 服务及其模型提供方。相关服务也会接收 IP 地址等常规网络信息。不同模型支持的附件格式可能不同。
自动标题和摘要
启用后，自动对话标题和上下文摘要也会向同一所选服务发送对话内容，并可能消耗 API 额度。你可在设置中关闭这些功能。授权只针对该 API 地址，在应用会话结束后失效；选择取消会阻止该次请求。
服务商与网站
API 服务商及上游模型提供方对数据的处理、保留和使用方式，以各自政策为准。LLMChat 无法保证任何服务商不保存内容或不将内容用于训练。发送机密信息前，请了解相应政策。
选择 LLMAPI 服务时，其网关目前会保存请求与回复内容（包括消息以及在请求中提交的图片或文件），以及用于故障诊断和回归验证的技术记录。用量记录与所用 API 密钥及服务账号关联。关于这些记录的保存与删除，请联系 support@llmapi.pro。
可选的 LLMAPI 账号
你可以使用邮箱登录或注册，也可以使用 Google 登录，直接使用 LLMAPI 账号的可用 API 权限，无需复制密钥。LLMAPI 会接收邮箱及账号资料。Google 登录会共享你授权的身份和资料，Google 密码不会发送给 LLMChat。
在 iOS 上，主账号登录会话存放在仅限本设备的系统钥匙串中，不保存密码。账号 API 密钥及按量服务会话仅保存在内存中，退出登录时清除。账号登录是可选项，仍可手动配置 API 连接。
iOS 也支持通过 Apple 登录，包括隐藏邮箱。LLMAPI 接收 Apple 用户标识以及已验证的邮箱或私密转送地址，不接收 Apple 密码。绑定已有账号前，必须先登录该账号。Apple 刷新令牌在服务端加密保存，用于在删除账号时撤销授权，随后移除；身份关联可能随停用账号保留以防止滥用。Apple 登录数据不用于广告追踪。
备份与删除
导出和 WebDAV 备份包含聊天内容及附件，不包含配置中保存的 API 密钥、登录令牌或 WebDAV 密码。你自行输入到对话中的秘密信息仍属于聊天内容。请仅导出到可信位置，自行保护及删除导出文件和远程备份。WebDAV 传输使用你配置的服务器。
你可以删除单条对话，或在设置中清空对话、重置所有本地数据。重置会移除客户端保存的连接和凭据，但不会删除导出副本、服务商记录或外部服务账号；这些数据需向相应服务商申请删除。撤销 API 密钥须使用其服务商提供的管理功能。
iOS では「メールを非公開」を含む Apple でのログインも利用できます。LLMAPI は Apple のユーザー識別子と確認済みメールまたはプライベートリレーアドレスを受け取り、Apple のパスワードは受け取りません。既存アカウントの連携には、そのアカウントへのログインが必要です。Apple の更新トークンはサーバーで暗号化して保存し、アカウント削除時の認可取り消しに使用した後に削除します。不正利用防止のため、無効化したアカウントとの識別子の関連付けを保持する場合があります。Apple ログインデータは広告追跡に使用しません。
バックアップと削除
エクスポートと WebDAV バックアップには会話と添付ファイルが含まれますが、設定した API キー、ログイントークン、WebDAV パスワードは含まれません。会話にご自身で入力した秘密情報は会話内容に残ります。信頼できる場所にのみ出力し、出力ファイルとリモートバックアップはご自身で保護・削除してください。WebDAV の送信先は設定したサーバーです。

연결 및 전송 시 데이터
모델 목록을 불러오거나 연결을 확인할 때 인증을 위해 설정한 HTTPS API 주소로 API 키를 전송합니다. 각 앱 세션에서 해당 주소로 첫 대화 요청을 보내기 전에 동의를 받습니다.
동의하면 메시지, 선택한 이미지와 파일 또는 파일에서 추출한 텍스트, 프롬프트, 관련 대화 기록이나 요약을 선택한 API 서비스 및 모델 제공업체로 전송합니다. 해당 서비스는 IP 주소 등 일반적인 네트워크 정보도 받습니다. 지원되는 첨부 형식은 모델마다 다를 수 있습니다.
자동 제목과 요약
자동 대화 제목과 문맥 요약을 사용하면 대화 내용이 동일한 선택 서비스로 전송되며 API 한도를 사용할 수 있습니다. 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 동의는 해당 API 주소에만 적용되고 앱 세션이 끝나면 만료됩니다. 취소하면 해당 요청을 보내지 않습니다.
제공업체와 웹사이트
전송한 데이터의 처리, 보관 및 사용은 API 제공업체와 상위 모델 제공업체의 각 방침에 따릅니다. LLMChat은 제공업체가 내용을 저장하지 않거나 학습에 사용하지 않는다고 보장할 수 없습니다. 기밀 정보를 보내기 전에 관련 방침을 확인하세요.
LLMAPI를 선택하면 현재 해당 게이트웨이는 문제 해결과 회귀 테스트를 위해 메시지 및 요청에 포함된 이미지나 파일 등 요청·응답 내용과 기술 기록을 저장합니다. 사용 기록은 API 인증 정보 및 서비스 계정과 연결됩니다. 기록의 보관 또는 삭제에 관해서는 support@llmapi.pro로 문의하세요.
선택 사항인 LLMAPI 계정
이메일 로그인·가입 또는 Google 로그인을 통해 키를 복사하지 않고 LLMAPI 계정의 사용 가능한 API 권한을 이용할 수 있습니다. LLMAPI는 이메일과 계정 프로필을 받습니다. Google 로그인에서는 허용한 신원 및 프로필 정보가 공유되며 Google 비밀번호는 LLMChat에 전송되지 않습니다.
iOS에서는 기본 로그인 세션을 해당 기기에서만 사용할 수 있는 시스템 키체인에 저장합니다. 비밀번호는 저장하지 않습니다. 계정 API 키와 종량제 서비스 세션은 메모리에만 유지하며 로그아웃하면 지워집니다. 로그인은 선택 사항이며 API 연결을 직접 설정할 수도 있습니다.
계정 화면에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. LLMAPI 계정은 비활성화되지만 보안, 악용 방지 또는 법적 의무를 위해 서비스 기록이 보관될 수 있습니다. 로컬 대화와 내보낸 사본은 별도로 관리해야 합니다. 계정 처리에는 LLMAPI 서비스 정책도 적용됩니다.
iOS에서는 이메일 가리기를 포함한 Apple 로그인을 사용할 수 있습니다. LLMAPI는 Apple 사용자 식별자와 확인된 이메일 또는 비공개 릴레이 주소를 받으며 Apple 비밀번호는 받지 않습니다. 기존 계정 연결에는 해당 계정으로 먼저 로그인해야 합니다. Apple 갱신 토큰은 서버에 암호화하여 저장하고 계정 삭제 시 권한을 철회한 후 제거합니다. 악용 방지를 위해 비활성화된 계정과의 식별자 연결은 보관할 수 있습니다. Apple 로그인 데이터는 광고 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.
백업과 삭제
내보내기와 WebDAV 백업에는 대화 내용 및 첨부파일이 포함되지만 설정에 저장한 API 키, 로그인 토큰, WebDAV 비밀번호는 제외됩니다. 대화에 직접 입력한 비밀 정보는 대화 내용에 남습니다. 신뢰하는 위치에만 내보내고 내보낸 파일과 원격 백업을 직접 보호하고 삭제하세요. WebDAV 전송 대상은 사용자가 설정한 서버입니다.
개별 대화를 삭제하거나 설정에서 모든 대화를 지우고 모든 로컬 데이터를 초기화할 수 있습니다. 초기화는 클라이언트에 저장된 연결과 인증 정보를 삭제합니다. 내보낸 사본, 제공업체의 기록, 외부 서비스 계정은 삭제되지 않으므로 해당 제공업체에 삭제를 요청해야 합니다. API 키를 해지하려면 제공업체의 관리 기능을 사용하세요.
권한과 지원
클라이언트는 사용자가 첨부하려고 선택한 사진이나 파일에 접근합니다. 광고 추적이나 타사 행동 분석 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 공개 웹페이지의 호스팅 서버는 웹사이트 방침에 따라 접근 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다.
지원 이메일을 보내면 요청 처리를 위해 사용자가 보낸 이메일 주소와 내용을 받습니다. 앱은 메시지, 파일 또는 API 키를 자동으로 첨부하지 않습니다. 법적으로 보관해야 하는 경우를 제외하고 지원 관련 서신의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
