You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must not share, publish, or expose your API keys. Any activity that occurs under your API key is your responsibility.

6. Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
